Terrible Renter Ms. Amanda Burton. I placed and ad for one of my 1 bedrooms apartments in Jacksonville. After 40 showings and 3 offeres to rent I agreed to rent to a Ms.Burton. 

Five days after I accepted her $610.00 security deposit , her check came back NSF. I Advised her of this and she begged me to rent as it was a bank error. When I spoke to her the next day I got a convoluted story about she got her checks mixed up. I agreed to meet her and get a bank for the deposit and the fee associated with her NSF. 

Ms.Burton had the gaull to start questioning me about the fees and the account I had stored the check in. She then proceeded to advise me her boss was a landlord and he does things differently. I then advised her why isnt she renting from her boss? 25 and zero rental history but a good job...hmmm. Needless to say I Advised her to look elsewhere as she suddenly felt the compunction to pretend she was a lawyer. Perspective lanlords beware as though she is pleasant she will be a problem!

Terrible renters Travis Williams Schmidt and Melissa S. Jensen in Altamonte springs ,they have not paid rent for feb and march ,they ran out of excuses ,they have that condo very dirty and they are living with roaches which they caused , they told us by Friday if they did not get their IRS cheque they will move on Saturday ,when I called to go to the condo ,they told me if I come over they will call the sherrif . I went to the pct to make a police report ...do not have photos because we cannot get in the condo ....
