TerribleRenters: If your tenant says they don't want to have something repaired in the house they are renting, that is a huge red flag! Usually just means they have a dog which breaks the lease, or that they punched a hole in the wall, in this landlords case, it means they have several people in the house that shouldn't be and some random guy from Honduras.

TerribleRenters: A group of responsible renters brought in a fourth roommate to help with bills but were only met with extra headaches. Her tale is based in New Orleans and thankfully ends semi well. We removed some allegations that are hard to prove. Hopefully the roommates have had better luck since.

This renter shorted last months rent and has not payed May's rent. He has till May 31 to move out and has stated will not move till after June and won't make payment. Has made threats to make it hard on landlord. He is currently seeking properties to move into in Longwood Wekiva area. Landlords beware.

Olivia Elizabeth Brooks should be avoided as a renter because she is the renter from hell.

She ran an ad on Craigslist seeking a room for rent as the "Senior Citizen" and I bought into giving her all kinds of breaks and help which included moving her. She moved in 4/1/12 and on 5/2/12 I was filing for failure to pay rent. She has infested my condo.
